The OnePlus Nord series keeps growing, with the most recent addition being the recently unveiled OnePlus Nord N20 5G.
For the time being, this phone will only be offered in the United States through T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile, where it will be sold beginning on April 28 for $11.75 per month for 24 months, for a total of $282 (about £215 / AU$380).
While its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord N10 5G, was also available in the UK, OnePlus has confirmed to TechRadar that the N20 5G will not be available in the UK or Europe. However, this does not rule out other markets like India, where OnePlus has a strong fanbase.
The OnePlus Nord N20 5G will undoubtedly be accessible outside of T-Mobile since it will be offered unlocked by other stores starting in "early summer."
So, what do you get for $282? The OnePlus Nord N20 5G boasts a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, a mid-range Snapdragon 695 processor, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a microSD card slot, a 4,500mAh battery with 33W charging, and a triple-lens camera that includes a 64MP primary sensor, as well as monochrome and macro shooters.
The OnePlus Nord N20 5G also boasts 5G and an in-screen fingerprint scanner, but its refresh rate is just 60Hz. Consequently, it feels a little out of date, especially given that the Nord N10 5G features a 90Hz panel — although an LCD rather than an AMOLED one.
Its Android version, Android 11 (overlaid with the company's OxygenOS), is likewise slightly behind.
