This New ZTE Phone Appearances to be a Delightful Take on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

Next week ZTE is expected to introduce the latest Axon 40 series with three models: Axon 40, Axon 40 Pro, and Axon 40 Ultra. There have been a few images of the front of the Axon 40 Ultra, but today, through an updated device listing by a Chinese retailer, we can also see its back through the image. Official below.

It looks like a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, but the difference here is that there is no front-facing selfie camera. Because ZTE is a pioneer in under-screen camera technology, the Axon 40 Ultra generation is no exception. The company is confident it will continue to innovate and surpass itself with future phones.

The camera specifications of the device include three sensors, all with 64 MP resolution, supporting 8K video recording. In addition, the primary and wide-angle cameras will use the same sensor.

Axon 40 Ultra uses a QHD + resolution screen and a 'waterfall' curve design on both sides. The machine has extremely thin top and bottom bezels, while the rear glass back is curved similarly, leaving only room for a relatively small aluminum frame.

About ZTE Axon 40 Ultra

The Axon 40, the next Axon series from ZTE, will be unveiled next week, with three models expected: the standard Axon 40, the Axon 40 Pro, and the Axon 40 Ultra. We've already seen the Ultra in a live image from the front, but thanks to a Chinese retailer's listing of the impending device, we now have a glimpse at the back as well, as shown in the official-looking image below.

It seems like a high-end smartphone from 2022, and what elevates it to the next level is the latest-generation under-display selfie camera. ZTE was a pioneer in the camera, so it's only natural that it would continue to innovate and outdo itself with each new release.

The rear contains three massive camera sensors, each of which will be 64 MP. They'll all be able to capture 8K footage as well. Not only that, but rumor has it that the primary and ultrawide sensors will be the same.

The QHD+ screen on the Axon 40 Ultra has a 'waterfall' curvature on both sides and small top and bottom bezels, while the rear glass curves similarly - leaving just room for a tiny metal frame. There's no denying that the aesthetic is appealing.

According to prior speculations, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 will power the Axon 40 Ultra, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage and a 5,000mAh battery with a battery 65W fast charging capabilities.

About Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

This Galaxy S22 Ultra review demonstrates that Samsung understands the needs of power users. This new beast includes the Galaxy Note's finest feature as well as a slew of other enhancements. Yes, there's an S Pen built-in, but this flagship has a lot more going on as Samsung attempts to top our best phone list.

Samsung improved the S Pen's responsiveness by making it 70 percent faster and reducing delay. The display is also brighter than anything else we've seen, and 45W charging is faster than anything else.

The cameras on the Galaxy S22 Ultra have received the most changes, as Samsung aims to surpass the iPhone 13 Pro Max and Google Pixel 6 Pro as the greatest photography phone with a slew of improvements. A larger primary sensor for better low-light images, an AI-enhanced portrait mode, and a new Super Clear lens is among them.
